The L’Imperatrice traditional Burgundian Paulée Dinner will take place on Friday 10th March in Hong Kong in the Harbourview Ballroom of the Four Seasons.
Joining us for this special event will be producers from France incl. Anne Gros, Alexandre Chartogne, Benjamin Leroux, Olivier Collin, Gilbert Felettig, Remy Poisot, etc, who will be flying in for the event- adding to the large selection of wines be featured.
The menu has been specially curated in collaboration with the chef of the Michelin starred restaurant Caprice, perfectly adapted for the varied selection of incredible wines of the evening. Bring a bottle of your favourite wine and share a memorable evening with friends and French winemakers, almost every table will enjoy the company of a Burgundy or Champagne winemaker.
